Nashua Children's Home employs a rich and varied array of talented program staff. We regularly seek individuals for the following roles:

1. Residential Positions (contact Sheelu Joshi Flegal): Sheelu@nashuachildrenshome.org

a.Child and Family Therapists-providing therapy, support and case management for children in residence and their families. Master's Degreee required.

b. Residential Counselors-providing innovative residential services to children, ages 7-18, and their families. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

c. Awake Overnight Counselors- providing supportive services from 10:30p.m. to 8:30a.m., includes weekend hours.

d. Recreation Coordinator-planning and implementation or agency-wide events and recreation for children and families. Strong personal and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Recreation, Physical Education or Health Education required.

e. Crisis Workers-providing a safe, neutral site for children unable to function productively in the residential setting.

2. Educational Positions (contact Joanne Burdett Dion):

a. Teacher-at private day school for educationally handicapped students grades 1-8. NH Special Education Certification and experience with emotionally handicapped students preferred.

b. Teacher's aide-classroom assistant in small classroom of educationally handicapped children.

c. Child and Family Therapists-providing therapy, support and case management for day students and their families. Master's Degreee required.

Energetic and committed support staff are also needed to provide a quality setting for children and youth.
